The health impacts of climate change and air pollution have gained privilege in the environmental economics arena. While the availability of climate and air pollution are getting better and better, the health data are very limited.
This post documents an interesting source for sub-national level administrative areas, such as city-level shapefiles. This could be particularly useful when you are trying to downscale gridded data to city-level.
I collected commonly used mirco-level data in China in this post. I will try to update regularly.
